A travelling party of 15 Watford Juniors aged from 16 – 13 yrs old are off to Lovran Croatia on Wednesday 7th August with Head Coach Edi Brkovic & Assistant Coach Nandi Cseh for the Annual seven day Samir Barac Water Polo camp.
The camp is run be world renowned & Ex-Croatian Water Polo Captain Samir Barac. Samir is a four time Olympian and has represented his country at four Olympics in 2000, 2004, 2008 and culminating at the London 2012 Olympics were he lead his team to to the Gold Medal, Samir has a wealth of knowledge to pass onto the next generation of Watford players.
The next seven days will see the team train twice a day, morning & afternoon, in 2 hour blocks with trips to the beach in-between for some relaxation and fun.
Games have also been planned into the schedule with a match in the sea on Saturday afternoon against Crikvencia and then on Monday afternoon a training game has been schedule with local club side Rovinj.
The last two days of the trip will be spent training in the morning followed by sight-seeing trips to both Rijeka and Pula City.
