Three Watford players make International friendly squads for England v Scotland annual match….

This Saturday (4th May) three Watford players have been selected to represent their respective countries as their take part in the annual England v Scotland Senior Men’s exhibition game.

Watford Goalie Peter Pickford will be part of the GB squad to face Scotland with Josh Brown (Centre Forward) & Karan Basu (Goalie)  part of the Scotland squad.

The exhibition match will take place on Saturday afternoon at the Manchester Aquatic Centre during the Men’s U17′s LEN European Championships Qualification tournament.

The Great Britain U17 Men’s team will face Israel on Friday evening followed by Slovakia on Saturday evening and finish against France on Sunday morning, it will be a tough test for GB Head Coach Phil Powell as he will hope his charges can finish as one of the top two teams in the group of four and make qualification for this year’s main LEN European Championship tournament.
